I am confused about your products. To put an end of Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 ASMedia SATA thread - I returned the SSD to the reseller. My friend it is not solution. So a friend brought over his machine which is working flawlessly and tried each one of my drives in his machine one by one.
One of the 1TB drives and the Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 ASMedia SATA NAS drive were both brand new out of the box 3 days ago which was when I installed them and started this thread because of issues. One or two of my HDDs were on the same power cable as my optical drive but it has no issues. I feel like my only option is to get the two new HDDs replaced and count them as DOA, replace my PSU, and probably just switch to Intel and get a new motherboard, cpu, and ram and basically just start fresh.
It has run without issue until about 1. The motherboard went bad. I sent it into Asus who replaced it.
The replacement had an issue with the SATA ports. So they replaced it again.
I can't figure this out for the life of me. I've tried everything! Google, trial and error, swearing and cursing Before, the windows logo colours wouldn't even be able to complete during boot. How do I use the two white sata 6gbs ports?
